Technical Stuff - top 5 questions

I've just joined and I can't log back in - why?

null

Email address
One of the most common reasons for being unable to log in is mis-spelling your email address when you registered. If you haven't received an email from us to confirm your membership, then you may have entered an incorrect address (the email would not have been delivered if the address was invalid).

Check your Spam folder to ensure it has not been filtered there. If not, email the Customer Care Team at customercare@nutracheck.co.uk

Password
Check you are entering the correct password by typing it in - don't rely on your computer to pre-fill it in case you mis-spelled it. Request a password reminder by clicking on the link above the sign in boxes on the home page.

If the password reminder email does not arrive in your Inbox, please check your email Spam folder. If it has definitely not arrived, it is most likely because you mis-spelled your email address when you registered. In which case, email the Customer Care Team at customercare@nutracheck.co.uk

How do I change my email address?

Log in as usual and go to the 'Membership Options' page (under the My Profile tab). Enter your new email address, press 'Save & Continue' and log out. Then next time you log in, use your new email address as your account will have been updated.

How do I change my password?

Log in as usual and go to the 'Membership Options' page (under the My Profile tab). Enter your new password, then re-enter it again. Press 'Save & Continue' and log out. Then next time you log in, use your new password as your account will have been updated.

Is there a way to avoid logging in every time I return?

Yes there is! What you need to do is:

  • Log in and click on the 'My Profile' tab to go to the 'Membership Options' page.
  • Scroll down the page to the 'Sign In Details' section, tick the 'Auto Log In' box and make sure you press the 'Save & Continue' button. Then sign out.

When you return to the site, it will log you straight back in and keep you signed in.

NOTE! We don't recommend ticking this setting if more than one person in your household is a Nutracheck member and shares the same computer. This is to avoid being auto logged into the wrong account, which could result in one of you inadvertently over-writing the other person's food diary.
