Our special program for your mobile is a food diary and calorie checker rolled into one. It's especially useful if you want to update your food diary on the move as it uses the mobile internet to let you log into your online account when away from a computer.
The success of a food diary is keeping it updated. Using your mobile means you can update your food diary instantly rather than relying on memory. As the calorie information for thousands of food products is all accessible via your mobile, there's no need to carry a calorie book around with you. It's a discreet and convenient tool to complement the online service that can improve your chances of losing weight if you honestly record everything you eat and drink and stay within the calorie targets. You don't have to use this - it's just available as an optional extra if you want it - but please check your network operator's charges first!

You are now using your food diary as if you were online, so anything you enter is updated instantly!
This is a WAP program which means it connects to the internet via your phone. Your network operator will charge you for using the internet on your phone. Costs vary between operators and may be for time spent browsing or the amount of data downloaded. We strongly recommend that you consult your operator to find out the specific charges applying to your account BEFORE you start using the service. As these charges have nothing to do with us, it is members' own responsibility to check this and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any costs incurred in the trial.
The main reason the program will not work on a phone is if the screen is too small (it requires a minimum screen size of 160 pixels).
